lid off.looking from the front take the right side panel off. right down at the back right corner is a float and a micro switch which operates when there is water in the reservoir tank (over full).sometimes these just need bending a bit to allow more water flow or if it has a drain pump it could be seized or faulty.also look for fluff blockages in the system
