How can i fix sat nav on Honda Accord 2004?

I jus bought a accord 2004 exec 2.2icdt but it came with no nav disk so i bought 1 from ebay 2.09 i tried inserting in to dvd rom but it wont go in, i tried pressing the eject buttn nothing comes out so i knw there isn't anything inside it just makes a whinning noise wen i press. on the screen it keeps saying install dvd or somtimes dvd error.... please can anyone help or advise me what 2 do, what seems 2 be the problem.
