Open the dryer door and pull out the drawer-like compartment at the bottom of the dryer. Flip open the cap, empty the collected water, close the cap and slide it back into the machine.

If its a washing machine, which I presume it is, move the washer to the outside door, or a bucket. Lower the drain hose to ground level and the water will flow out. This will then release the pressure switch and allow you to open the door.
