galaxy electrics?

hi can anybody help i just bought a 1996 and central locking does not work or the drivers door electric window ,so i took of door card and what a mess it seems that the wire has been shorting and packed up took the loom out but where can i get another one also the ecu under seat is frazzeled any help please
