Mend Tecnik TKL1260 Machine Spin Manually

How can i fix my Tecnik TKL1260 Washer?

Our Tecnik washing machine stops when it gets to the spin cycle (on all programs) It will spin if you manually turn the program dial clockwise.
Any ideas ?
