Mend Beko B-AP54-8 Oven Heating Element Replace

Fault to the Main built in, double oven?

My main oven B-AP54-8 HAS BLOWN THE TWO INSIDE LAMPS.? and does not function, if I replace the lamps, will the oven function? If the Heating Element in the top of the oven is the Fault? I have removed all the inner linings exept the rear one, and can view the element, but I would like to know how to replace it as it looks as though its part of the plate affixed to the oven? I have turned off all the electrictricity to the oven.
