Fuses are usually easy to spot - if you look inside your TV you should be able to count them.
The reason why your TV has no power is a little more complex - assuming mains power is being properly delivered to the set's Power Supply - then the Power Supply itself has very probably developed a fault.
You do not mention the Make & Model of your TV.
