I have a Sharp vcr/dvd combo,model DV-NC60H and it will no longer power up?

I have a Sharp vcr/dvd combo,model DV-NC60H and it will no longer power up. I have checked the usual suspects like the fuse and the power cord and they are working ok. Can anyone help troubleshoot the cause please?
