I PUT A NEW BULB IN MY REAL PROJECTION TV.THE GREEN BLUB SYMBOL ON THE FRONT KEES BLINKING GREEN.THE LIGHT NEXT TO IT LOOKS LIKE A CLOCK AND THAT IS RED.THE TV WILL NOT TURN ON,WHAT DID I DO WRONG???
