how do i fix my television?

I have a short horizontall sweep on my goodmans 32 inch widscreen tv. i cannot do this by using remote so how do i do it

Sorry don't really understand your question. If you are sayinging that it is in 4:3 mode, the remote has a button to turn it back to 16:9.
