Mend Diplomat ADP3340 House Previous Owners

Temp guide for Diplomat ADP3340 Electric oven?

I have moved into a house with a diplomat ADP3340 electric oven and the previous owners have managed to rub off the oven temp guide and haven't left a manual! Has any one got a pic or can give me an idea of where to write on the temps?
