Mend Ravenheat RSF Boiler Diverter Valve Heating System

Ravenheat RSF No Hot Water?

I’ve changed the diaphragm in the diverter valve of a Ravenheat RSF . The rod is still not making contact with the micro switch. The boiler fires up when operated manually. is this because the fitter is blocked. Any advice please.
