MODEL SONY HDX890, CAN NOT GET EPG?

WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH EPG IN PAST. WE LEAVE IT ON STANBY ALL THE TIME, NOW IT SHOWS NO PROGAMES AT ALL, ITS SAYS CHECK HOST CHANNEL, I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL MENUS TO DO THIS, ACCORDING TO BOOK, LEFT IN ON DEFAULT, NO LUCK, CHANGED HOST TO ITV REF BOOK,CONFIRMED THIS NOTHING AGAIN, COULD YOU TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT.
