Mend Citroen Berlingo 19 Diesel Belt

auxilliary belt?

belt snapped on my citroen berlingo 19 deisel had one put on but the belt hangs off pully say 5mm looking down from power steeing pump it looks out of line .It looks like the pump needs to be over more to bring in line
