The Wallstar model you described has no actual filler opening youll need to send it back to the factory as they have to split the cases, and refill with a very fine grade oil made from the leaves of the "Frawn Palmetto bush, any other type oil could result in a very nasty fire and or explosion and should only be attempted by a qualified "Wallstar Service center trained refiller. take it fro one who had to replace the south wall of my den last winter!!
