my tv is not accepting discs?

i have a flat sceened tv. when i put in a disc it makes a noise and says no disc even although one is in.when i press the ok button it says invalid key. the model is x19/16a Gb TCD Uk and the model number is umc-x19u16z99g-859. its a lcdtv receiver.
