how i can fix my water in my kitchen?

my problem is i live on a slab house and my cold water to my kitchen is not workin. the cold water works everywhere else in the house. just the kitchen. i already took the hose off the main part under the sink. there is no water at all even when i turned the cold pipe on with the one piece off no water flooded under my sink. any suggestions will be awesome.
