It pumps out but pump won't stop. Therefore it won't fill

Worked for me, just tipped the dishwasher up by about 30 degrees and it released the float - worked first time -grrrreat\11

water in the main basin underneath the unit pushes up a float, which is attached to a switch that keeps the pump running

check for water in the plastic basin behind the kickplate

Exact same thing for my Bosch slimline. Pump keeps pumping, even when I open the door.
Not had a look at it yet, think there is some kind of floatswitch that may be sticking or outlet pipe blockage.
If I find out what the problem is I'll let you know.
