needs rolling wheels for my radiator?

i have purchased a model # poh2501 PAtton rapid heat oil filled radiator within a year, when i open the box i noticed that the large easy roll wheels were not included in the box, neither was the manual how do i get thewheels and manual? the surplus store is no longer available.
