hi there have had this problem in the past, fault was eventually found to be badly machined drain openings which left plastic swarf that vibrated in the wind this may not be your answer but a possible one. unfortunatly the drain holes were the internal ones only access with the glazing unit removed. i am assuming there are drain caps fitted to the frames?
