Steering lock?

I have a 2004 1.4 renault scenic and my steering wheel will not lock or re-set itself so my car wont start. I bought the car 2 years old and I have already had replaced an engine mount, steering lock!!!!, air con compresser, major cylinder, servo and the list goes on and on. Went to drive my scenic 2 days ago, unlocked the car, released the steering lock but woudlnt start. Tried to re-lock / reset but the steering lock just will not lock!!!! - Ive had enough of it
