Can a Samsung 27" fs/ls be fixed? replaced? ?

I recently got mad at my boyfriend and through his Samsung 27" fs/ls on the floor!!?!!??? Anyway, .....(I feel really bad because now when you turn the TV on you get a real pretty spider web design! I really can't afford to buy him another TV, but I thought maybe I could just have the screen repaired and it would be cheaper....Anyone know if that is possible? Recommendations?
