Mend Roberts RD-27 Properly Controls Work

How to fix a DAB Roberts Radio RD-27?

My DAB Roberts Radio RD27 will not tune properly and the controls do not work this seems to have something to do with the screen which does not have so much info on it as when it worked properly. Roberts want £66.66 'standard charge' to fix it plus my mailing costs - seem too much for a £100 radio
