What lubrication is used in the final planetary drive on a Kenwood A701A mixer?

The gearbox should be topped up using food-approved grease (you will have to search around for this - maybe at your local hardware store). There is a plug located on the underside of the gearbox which needs to be removed and replaced after filling. No other lubrication is necessary.
