xenon headlight on laguna isnt working 1.9 dci 03 estate?
ive been told that the thing behind the bulb( cant remember the name of it ) goes before the bulb. How can i check that its this thats broke before i get charged £80 an hour off a renault garage to fix the problen. Ive been quoted £220 + vat for this part, the xenon bulbs are £144 + vat so i want to keep cost as low as possible.
are the bulbs twin element bulbs? ie dipped and high beam in the same bulb shining through the same lamp lens
elements do fail, has a fuse gone ?
remove nearest connection from the rear of the bulb now check it for 12v power with the lights turned ON
