Can I replace a motor switch on a Hotpoint model NVLR333EVOWW?
I have a Hotpoint model NVLR333EVOWW that doesn't heat anymore. I checked the heating element and had 19.2 ohms on each coil. I checked L1 & L2 that goes through several thermostats, overheating switch and a motor switch and found an open circuit in the "motor centrifugal heat contact switch". It doesn't look serviceable separately. Do I have to replace the motor to fix this?
