Vaillant EcotecPlus Boiler --Pressure gauge erratic?

Just a quick thanks to Ste and Sean for setting me on the right track.

Until they took the time to respond, I didn't even know I had an expansion vessel.

probably but maybe not worth the agro, call a heating engineer and ask how much to recharge vessel, shouldnt take more than 15mins and no parts unless vessel is fooked so should only be a labour charge if it sounds high ask him/her what the cost involves.

also 14 rads and u/floor heating is probably squeezing expansion rates anyway, a extra vessel could be considered if this becomes a common problem.

Thanks, but I've no idea how to recharge the pressure vessel. Is it something simple that I could do myself? Fingers crossed. Moira
