no need to dismantle whole flue -- turn off power -- take casing off front -- UNDER top of casing at back release buckle clamp holding fan to flue NB TAKE CARE TO NOTE HOW BUCKLE FITS INTO NOTCH FOR LATER ALIGNMENT ON RE ASSEMBLY -- remove electrical terminals to fan motor by pulling on plastic connectors ( do not pull on wires ) -- undo bolts holding fan mounting base plate down -- GENTLY pull red tube from connector attached to top -- GENTLY ease white tubes from top of fan housing slide fan and baseplate towards you TAKING CARE TO AVOID HEAT SINK PLATE ATTACHED TO TOP OF CASING (NO NEED TO REMOVE ) REVERSE INSTUCTIONS FOR RE ASSEMBLY NB GET YOUR BOILER SERVICED BY A GAS-SAFE PROFESSIONAL AFTERWARDS ....
