Can I send my Ativa DQ83Mn shredder in for repair, gears locked?
There was a paper jam, the sheets inserted were too thick & some were laminated. I was able to 'reverse' and get the paper out, but now the gears don't turn. A page inserted will activated the motor (you can hear it) but the gears / cutting edges don't move.
Is there some where I can send it for repair, what about the office depot store will they handle it?
