Mend Rowenta SM 6200 Remove Plastic Cover Back

How do I remove the plastic cover on the back of my Rowenta SM 6200?

The cord for my Rowenta SM 6200 is loos and I want to tighten it, but i cant get the plastic cover which the iron rests on off. Can anyone help?
