cash drawer wont open on a samsung er 4940 ?

i have 4 samsung 4940 cash registers besides the button on the bottom i canot get the drawer to open

When the drawer should be opening, when you press 'NO SALE" for example, do you hear an audible click? If not, the solenoid that opens the drawer may be not working. This is probably something you would need to have a dealer replace for you.
