Honda CRV Sat Nav Joy stick problem?

MIne failed as well on my 56reg CRV - Honda don't want to know, please ring me on 07989320006 if you know who can fix it

I'm waiting to get Nav replacement #4 for the joystick issue not scrolling. I have to ride around with no nav or radio with a big hole in my dashboard for a month while I wait on them to ship it. I just did this 3 months ago & now doing it again. It's getting old!

I have a 2006 crv executive, bought it brand new serviced regularly. Eighteen months ago the electric folding mirrors started to fail and now no longer work, then about a year ago the sat nav developed the joystick problem again to the point where it no longer works, it won't even enter to the map let alone enter any destinations its now about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, have spoken to Honda UK but get the stock answer "take it to your local dealer" I think they are being dishonest when they must know that these are not isolated problems, if it was a mechanical or serious electrical problem they would soon do a recall, as it is it will cost well over a thousand pounds to replace. Personally I would not have a honda given to me again.

I have a 2007 CRV and I have had the sat nav joystick problem. I can only move it left and down aswell as the ENT! It has been 3 times Honda has replaced the sat nav for the same problem. They are now doing it a forth time! I have contacted Honda UK about this problem before my warranty is up! They are to call me back within 72 hours! My dealership is great getting the sat nav right away but I do not want it to happen again. I wan Honda UK to give lifetime warranty on the sat nav along it is the same problem and it is not misabused! I believe that they have a bad batch of sat navsmanufacture! They also tell me that they are refurbs that they are replacing. I will see in a few days what they say!

My 2007 CRV sat nav had same joy stick fault one year ago. Replaced after two months only to fail with exactly same fault another two months later. Have now been waiting Five months for a replacement - told it will be a further three weeks - perhaps. Have written to Honda Directors - been fobbed off with reams of what they cannot do. Are there any others with similar joystick faults. Beware of the damage caused to plastic mouldings around A/C controls - mine has to be replaced.
