Mend Vaillant 828E Boiler Central Heating System Pressure

Vaillant 828E tubomax plus?

There is a drip and the water is out of the C/H system.
looking at the diagram it might be the flow sensor that is leaking? how do I stop the leak ? I top up the system every 2 days.
