it will be on the right hand side of the cylinder head as you sit on the bike,if it had a metal ht cap chuck it away and get an ngk one,you will have to take the seat bucket out and the plaug will be an ngk cr7hs,okleedolklee

John, have you read the owners manual that should have come with the bike? The info should be there.
If not & as my knowledge of Chinese scooters is limited, I would be looking for an access point through an obvious looking removable plastic panel either at front of the bike where you place your feet or else underneath the seat in the seat bucket.
If you can't find one then get underneath the bike & look for the front of the engine, the sparkplug lead should be visible enough.
