Aqualisa 409 manual shower?

Is it easy to replace the cartridge??

Mine has been dripping now for months and I am bored of scrubbing the stain off of the tiles :)

I would like to replace it myself as it sounds easy..... but I bet it isnt :)

Help me please, plumber or me???
