Could be a fault with the switch which the clutch pedal operates or the wiring to it, could also be that the return spring is broken and the pedal is not returning fully.

16x16 Quad mod transmission.
Clutch pedal disconnect switch is located at the top of the pedal (do not confuse with the clutch pedal potentiometer mountined on the side of the pedal).

Check the continuity of the switch.
To adjust the switch if required, depressor the clutch pedal fully and place a 12mm spacer plate between the steering support/front cab bulkhead panel and the clutch pedal. Whilst holding the clutch pedal depressed slide the switch forward against the pedal. At the point where the switch is heard to actuate tighten the retaining screws. Key in the off position.

E37 = clutch disconnect switch open circuit.
