Mend Renault Megane 1.5 Dynamic Car Working Thing

Fuse 19?

Had the same problem as most on here. Car working fine one minute, next thing starts then 5 seconds later cuts out. Now wont start at all, showing electrical fault on dash, garage have said it the steering lock module.
Please can someone advise me where to locate fuse 19 on Renault megane 1.5 dynamic.
