We have never received a manual for this appliance. It has been showing flashing F4 since there was a blockage in the outlet pipe into which the water from the washer and the dishwasher separate outlets feed.
The washer is ok. I have pressed the on switch to remove F4 and move the program on to the highest temperature from the lowest, but the machine soon beeps and returns to F4 and lowest setting. I've made many attempts to clean the black grid in the sump with very hot water and reset it but it doesn't stay. Is there anything else I can do?
