Mend Westinghouse Frost Free Fridge

my Westinghouse frost Free Fridge isn't draining the water away?

The water is pooling up and not going down the little drain hole on the bottom. Have stuck a skewer down it, doesn't appear to be blocked at all.It,(the water) comes out on to the floor when I take the vegie container out.
It is a fridge only, no freezer.

Westinghouse Kitchen Appliances, Refrigerators Frost Free Fridge

It must be blocked if the water won't go down it. Use a long piece of flexible power cable like the one attached to an appliance for the plug. Push it right down until you hear it striking the plastic drip tray underneath by the motor.
