german cookoo clock?

I have a cookoo clock that may be about 30 years old. Recently it stopped ticking and doesn't stay long. I'm not sure if something is broken or it needs to be cleaned. I would like to know someone who is reputable to look at it without charging me an arm and leg. If I received instructions on what to look for I would do it myself. Any suggestions, I live near Woodstock, Ontario???
