re previous question of installing security screen lock - I had fitted lock but found that I could not lock the door altho handles turned and opened - - - tried to uninstall lock assembly but cannot remove the LOCK CYLINDER or barrel - assume that it is in a "lock" mode preventing the barrel from sliding out
