Sorry for confusion in my description, I have identified the fault as the speed/position sensor on the motor. Thanks again.

Your very confusing with your description. You say the middle wash light is on which is the 3rd from the left but then you say error 4 & put down ooooo100 which is the 3rd from the right which is the 1st rinse light. Which is it? Either way error 32 or error 4 apply to a phase one machine & should not be showing on a phase 2. Suggest you call someone out to check for you.

It is definitely a Phase 2 GW601 (blue modules). It has three Delay LEDS and five Wash progress LEDS. The centre (third) Wash progress LED flashes and beeps and the machine stops at random stages during a wash. I have since sighted a manual and it shows this as error 4 (00000100) for a Phase1 model and calls it a Communications fault-motor controller. I can't find this fault code for a Phase2. Thanks for all your help.

Are you sure it is a 601 model? That is a phase 2 machine but the error code light you describe is error 32 which only applies to a phase 1 machine and is a pump drive circuit fault. If you are sure that the model & the error light is correct then I would suggest you call someone out to check it properly for any reason for the fault. Otherwise you could spend a fortune replacing parts by just guessing.

It beeps also and the sixth LED from the left lights. That includes the delay LEDs.

When it stops & flashes the light does it beep as well? Exactly which lights are on & which are off along the top row? Let me know if you are counting from left side or right side, it make a huge difference.
