Peugeot Jet force cuts out?

This is a joke, peugoet must no by now the bikes or something withing the bikes are faulty, mine does the same, runs nice-ish then as soon as the temp crops up it doesn't wanna run, replaced; air box,injector,spark plug,exhaust,rectifier,altenator,drive belt and the weights+rollers inside and still doesn't want to run right, does any1 no a good website to go for cheaper parts? I've been using 3 cross and the injector cost me 108 pound you can guess how much the rest cost me, help me?

i have a peugeot jetforce 125 efi just had engine re built and new oil an filter an plug new battery and fuel injector an fuel pump and it starts up and it revs to 4 thou rpm then splutters and dount want to drive any idea,s chaps i have had it plugged in on ecu had a few sensors changed an new air box

I have a peugout, jetforce 125 motor. But the ECU of this is fail. Have you got it? I want to replace for my love motor.

How can I find this spare part for replacement.

I had the exact same problem. On my bike it turned out to be the bypass valve. You can get one from here:

I have exactly the same problem since ... 5 years! The problem always disapears by themselfs after a while. I figured out some things:
1) mostly it appears when its hot (+23°C) or cold (+-0°C) weather
2) after a while (some hours) without touching anything, everthing returns to normal and the scooter is running fine
3) When the scooter is running fine, you can reproduce the problem by disconnecting the throttle potentiometer. When you reconnect the connector, everything returns to normal.
4) When the problem appears, it is the ignition that is cutted off (the HT coil get no pulse => no spark).

I'v already changed the ECU and the throttle valve unit; it didn't help.

I'm curious about the status of your scooter ...

Hi all. did you connect a Peugeot computer to the jetforce? while back i had a similar problem with mine after changing a faulty ecu. computer gave that the potentiometer was faulty also. replaced the potentiometer and all went well.

hi paul no luck yet maybe look at throttle position sencor on side of throttle body next unless any body else has any ideas have fuel presure at trottle body good spark it did run fine for a few miles a while back but started playing up again thanks russell

Hi russell, still not fixed, had it running went about 5 miles, it was running very ruff, cut out when got home, now wont start. Have you had any luck? Thanks Steo, have both keys red and black, tried both, still the same problem

Check out page 88 on this forum, the 'BIKE WON'T START' post, sounds exactly like your problem which Adam gave a prognosis if you care to research.
