Mend Diplomat Dishwasher Machine

how can I fix my diplomat dishwasher?

It has stopped getting hot and when I open the door the lcd display shows E3, can anyone tell me what this means please. It is an old machine was in our house when we bought it and we have been here for 6 yrs now, so maybe I need a new one ! Thanks for any advice

My Hygena diplomat HJA8630 intergrated dishwasher has stopped working, it still has water in it. On the interior control panel a RED icon has come on. As I have not got the manual I dont know what this icon is for, can someone please inform me. Help please. Thank you,
