help to fix sony ericsson w395?

i had to reset my sony ericsson w395 now i cant use it at all ne ideas on how to get it working again

menu button number 5 and camera button on w395 sony ericsson not working

go on to options then move to memory stick which should solve your problem if it doesn't just go to the phone store which you bought the phone from and they could help you with any further memory problems
