how can i open the motor filter for a LG-vc-7780-heuq?

my motor filter is stuck. i was able to open the dust chamber, but i cannot seem to open the motor filter, and it has visible piles of dust inside.
my vaccum cleaner is an lg-vc-7780-heuq
