Hi. My treadmill belt has been skipping or stuttering when I'm walking or jogging on it as low as 3 mph. The belt was shifted to the left, but I've adjusted that w/an allen wrench so now it is centered, but the problem still exists. I'm not sure what else to do or who to contact. Can anyone help?

The light comes on my nordic track C1800S but the control panel is unresponsive when press, the motor does not rotate.

I just purchased one(used), it was doing the same thing. I used an allen wrench to add 3 full rotations and that got the belt to stop slipping. 250 lbs at speed 8
