vauxhall astra estate door locks 1999 model?

tried to open nearside rear door wont open i have taken of the door panel found that remote central locking unit has been removed tried the small pull up release button lever no joy tried to open from handle outside still cant open this door is thier anything else i can try hope someone or anyone can help cheers
