how can i fix my x reg nissan primera 2.0 sport plus auto?

yes the car restarts straightaway. yes it will keep running if i keep the revs up. new plugs fitted problem there before that.no warning lights on. it just suddenly started has not got any worse the car runs fine until you stop in traffic queues then after about 30 sec it cuts out.

Will the car restart straight away or do you have to let it cool down?
You state it cuts out at tickover, will it keep running if you keep the revs up?
I assume you renewed the plugs etc. to try to solve the problem, or has the problem arisen since fitting them?
Any engine management/emmisions warning lights on, and are their bulbs working?
How was the car running before this, is it a problem that has gradually got worse, or did it just suddenly appear?
