chassis plate?

I know bugger all about Chinese scooters but I don't think they have a chassis plate. Your chassis numbers should be stamped onto the part of the frame where the fork legs are mounted.
It could be on the left or right so put the bike on the mainstand & turn the handlebars. Now look between the forklegs & the front of the petrol tank for the numbers.
All this stuff should be in your owners manual if one came with the bike.
